The race
In this mad race of over-heated hearts, Stop for a moment. Completely. Take a look in the mirror. Take care. Close your eyes and remember what it takes to get you into the ancient mindset. Remember what was important. Health, attitude, renewal of spirit. The great civilizations worked very hard every day to exist and battled and killed and reveled and celebrated they knew there would be a time for recovery to rest and dream again so they could notice the channels within themselves that manifest creations in flow and fearlessness. Notice the ticking of your body and mind on all the clocks designed to distract you from your Self. Turn to see into the eyes of the forces holding you back on leashes law, media, entertainment, consumption, weapons pulling you in jagged lines cutting your neck, ruining your senses.
