Finally switched birth control but the new pills I got say many women may feel sick to their stomach for the first few months.

So am I the only woman who has trouble getting her birth control every time she needs it refilled?

Seriously. I take a birth control pill to help with a medical issue, which is a good thing because my other medicine lowers its effectiveness as a birth control. My birth control is no sex. Easy to do when I'm too busy to date. (Not that I wouldn't make the time for a date or two if the right guy would mosey on over...) My particular regimen has it so that I only have a period every three months, and this does help me immensely with my problems. I'm actually able to function when I'm about to have a period rather than in a little ball of PAIN. I've been on this pill for about 2 years now and doing well.

However, the last four or so times I've tried to refill my prescription have been met with problems. For instance, no pharmacy for miles had my prescription. Or now, after how long of being on the medicine?, the insurance is saying I need pre-approval. Pre-approval! For a medication I've been taking for at least two years! It's not even a new prescription! It's a refill! And I've been waiting for to weeks now to get said pre-approval! This is insane.

So am I the only person having such problems getting her birth control medication?
