It’s been a long and emotional day. Lily couldn’t say she was that surprised that Severus called her a....mudblood....in front of everyone at the lake, but she still didn’t know how to deal with severing ties with her oldest friend. The best thing she could do was distract herself with prefect duties. It’s been a long day, and all she really wants is to be left alone, but life didn’t seem to care about what she wanted...
