Commercial ovens unlike personal use ovens contain ample amount of storage and baking space which enables food vendors to bake, grill, heat and/or store large amount of hot food items for hours at a stretch. A good oven is one which is not only efficient and durable but is also hygienic with minimal amount of messy places and consumes minimal electricity with a touch of class to aesthetically blend with the surrounding ambiance.
These days ovens are mostly of three types which are microwave based, coil based and conventional coal-fire based. While the first one uses microwave technology to heat, bake, grill and/or store food, coil based ovens are fitted with heat coils to cook or store food and coal based ovens are mostly used to grill and bake food items.
Microwave technology now a days rules the oven industry as it does all the work that conventional coal based ovens can do and it also has ample storage space to keep the heated/cooked food fresh, hygienic and hot for long hours. Commercial Ovens can in multiple sizes and shapes but the most popular ones are the steel ovens which not only meet the purpose wonderfully but also add splendor to the commercial inst.
