Rant...

Just as the amount of birthdays that I will ever be able to refer to myself as a teenager come to a decline so does society's tolerance for "childish behavior", what's expected from us is obvious, go to college, find a "respectable" job, settle down, and eventually take our places among society. But... why is it so frowned upon if I don't? I mean why should I even want too! As I try to settle my wild child like instincts and collect a "sensible" mind I find myself becoming jaded, just the fact that I can literally predict the next ten years of my life only assures me that this is the beginning of my American nightmare. FOR FUCK SAKE am I the only one who thinks this is unnatural, I shouldn't even be able to predict tomorrow! Ughh can I just be a nomad?! I mean sorry society, I DON'T want to join you, only to become a pawn in a ocean of other brainwashed children where the only thing we will ever be is irreverent.

I've never been one to ask for the world, I actually just want the opposite.
