Totally not geeking out-
Okay, oh my gods- so, I mustered up the courage to send an ask to a tumblr creator I really liked that I had found recently and- HolY shiT thEy ansWerEd anD iT wAS reAAlLY cuTe anD i cRiED a LitTlE! Like, they’re a really cool person and I love their content and just like- knowing that they read it and that small things like that can make them or possibly other people happy just makes my day! :)
I feel like I gotta smoke daily or fuck daily just to feel alright.
If I still don't understand certain words or grammar terms in my first language.......... Why should that stop me from using my second and third languages? Maybe it would help if A) I had family/friends who spoke German B) if i talked more in ANY language EVER. C) I was more fluent in my first language and didn't have ESL problems while reading/writing/speaking/listening It really sucks when your own family can barely understand your first language pronunciation, but you're not even sure why your accent has changed...but it's possibly due to a health problem, but oh well...maybe it's because I've always (unconciously) picked up on how other people speak and Most of my human contact right now is with international people? Who knows... I guess it's just a "tumblr is my therapist" kind of day...
