Last night I made Blueberry Lemon Ricotta Scones with the #amishfriendshipbread starter that @nicole_buster gave me. They are pretty good - not as short a crumb as a scone should be, a little more “bready”. Maybe I’ll see what else I can get out of it. Any local friends want some starter?
