#Repost @nvborneo ・・・ Struggling #AMCmotors tried to market this vehicle in the 60s and again in the 70s when #FuelShortages became an issue. Lacking the capital to gamble on this light #ElectricCar, AMC never got enough pre-orders to manufacture it. The #Amitron had #LithiumBatteries and INFLATABLE SEATS. So, the #minicar's seats could DEFLATE to make room for cargo! Also, seats like that could be #BuiltLight. One thing that must have dogged the #AMCamitron was infrastructure.
