We’re hiring… Senior Firewall Engineer
AMK Technology is currently looking for “Senior Firewall Engineer” to be deployed at a project with our esteemed client from the BFSI domain.
Job Location - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Employment Term - Permanent
Duties and Responsibilities:-
Provide second level support / analysis on firewall, proxy and VPN services
Fulfil daily customer request related technology managed, and ensure that all request are completed within the SLA
Attend to operational requirement such as password management, backups, incidents, firewall uptime, logs management and other daily operational activities
Required Qualifications:-
Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology / Telecommunication Network
Additional advantage to have certifications: Checkpoint Firewall, Bluecoat Proxy, Juniper Network
Experience in troubleshooting Checkpoint Firewall, Bluecoat Proxy and Juniper Network is a must
Should have experience in firewall installation, configuration and troubleshooting in large enterprise network environment
Knowledge in network routing, switching, configuration and troubleshooting
Ability to make decision, and take actions based on situation
Ability to manage customers and their expectations
Willingness to work long hours to meet deadlines
Nationality preference: Malaysian
