We’re hiring... Claims Operator

AMK Technology is currently looking for “Claims Operator” to be deployed at a testing project with our esteemed client from the BFSI domain.

Job Location - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Project Duration - 6 months (extendable)

Required Qualifications:-

Minimum 2 years of working experience in insurance industry with exposure in IT testing and operational support

Experience in complete UAT test cycle preferably in IT related rollout / implementation

Business Knowledge for insurance industry with strong experience in claims process

Assist in documentation of UAT Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Scripts

Ability to work independently and jointly in unstructured environments in a self-directed way

Should have good verbal and written communication skills in English

Nationality preference: Malaysian
