Amlwch Port, Anglesey. Some of the earliest records of ship movements from Amlwch are recorded in the Beaumaris Port account book for 1730. The rediscovery of Copper at Mynydd Parys in 1762 resulted in the need to develop the port to export goods and import raw materials.
