The CCP presents another important milestone in the art community in April through the PAEA Festival. Entitled Ammungan, the Gaddang word for “gathering”, the festival will consist of exhibitions, an art and education national conference, film screenings, and a whole-day art buffet session.
Three exhibitions will be held at the CCP, the first of which will feature artworks by founding members of PAEA such as Brenda Fajardo and Araceli Dans, the second will present a timeline of the history of PAEA, and the third will be an all-inclusive display of artworks by students from all over the Philippines, which were taught and mentored by PAEA members.
