He’d just call the plumber or whoever since he’s pretty hopeless at that sort of thing. Or Cliff if it’s a more immediate emergency. If he tries to fix it himself you’ll probably find him on the floor on his back in a puddle of water. Seems understanding how to do something isn’t the same as doing it

His personal cabinets would mostly be full of books and journals. Lots of stray papers, pens, random sticky notes, other officey stuff. Very messy. Always a few random stray items, like a fork that he set down and forgot about. Some strange seemingly irrelevant things that are mini projects and experiments concerning his research.The food cabinets on the other hand are relatively neat and well stocked full of healthy foods.
