ɴᴀᴛᴜʀᴀʟʟʏ, ʟᴏʀᴇʟᴀɪ ꜰᴀᴠᴏʀs ᴀɴ ᴇɪɢʜᴛɪᴇs ɢᴇʀᴍᴀɴ ʀᴏᴄᴋ ᴄʟᴀssɪᴄ. nena’s ‘99 luftballoons’ holds a special place in her heart. given it was the song she played before giving birth to rory. this anti-war song about children playing a prank on the government just really spoke to her on a personal level. also barry manilow’s very strange medley, but that’s a guilty pleasure she hides under her car seat.

ᴛᴀʟᴋɪɴɢ ᴅᴜʀɪɴɢ ᴀ ᴍᴏᴠɪᴇ. unless it is her or rory who’s doing the talking. however, during a first time watch silence is a must. (how else will she learn when to commentate?) there’s a lot of movie night rules (to which she is an exception & grants others’ exceptions) that annoys her when they are not followed. but talking is a big one. just be safe and not talk at all. OR be prepared to be shushed & glared at.

"ᴘsʜᴀᴡ." blue replied with a laugh. it was her usual response to being complimented. or embarrassed. or when she was generally speechless. right now was a rare combination of all three. her cheeks reddening at the thought. she didn’t know what they would be like, but she had imagined it. unfortunately, right after the fantasy came the nightmare. the happy thought instantly changing into thoughts of how the person would died. which is why she deflected, made a joke. “thanks. you should be too. all women...and men, should, really. just everyone.” apparently, being flustered ruined the execution of faux coolness.

wanda: i had dream where i was flying, red headpiece, giant red cloak, red one piece looking bathing suit … same powers but, they were different. greater. it felt like a memory instead of a weird dream.
