This phenomenon of a child being born while still inside its Amniotic Sac is quite rare and it's estimated to occur only once in every 80,000 births. The sac is normally broken during childbirth but comes out after the baby with the Placental Expulsion (more commonly known as 'afterbirth') during the third stage of laboror, or a doctor pierces it with a scalpel during a caesarean delivery.
