Did some experiments with Amy 💜 idk if comic books do use shading/hatching like this but I feel like I've seen it. I wanted to try it because Mutants and Masterminds is a game about superheroes, and superheroes are from comics :D I also wanted to experiment shading with a different brush than usual, quite liked it.
Different versions cause I'm unsure which I liked most
....and I just realised I forgot to shade her headband 🤦♀️
#my art#my ocs#amoeboid#mutants and masterminds#ttrpg character#todays session was so GOOD#started with a guy who she befriended basically goofily smiling and SKIPPING AWAY when she said yes shed like to watch a movie with him#mad at the gm for making me care about a guy named STEVE#everyone is convinced hes evil 😭 but. they were very sweet. both awkward as hell nerds.#and then!! my friend from sunday d&d games joined us :D so our team has a new member#and. oh man the combat#the guy who usually takes out a LOT of minions was absolutely SUCKING at his rolls fhfjdjdhf#and i actually remembered to utilise a range of amys powers :)#i need to freaking draw one of the scenes gjshfhdhdg#six inch tall amy running with a (comparatively massive) EMP bomb#and then TWO six inch tall amys wrapping two goons up in their stretchy arms. and donking their heads together 🤭#and and and#always an exciting thing#i got to deal the final blow to the big bad >:D#with one hit from big 15 foot tall amy#very very fun session#i love this game so much and i love amy so much. i was initially not looking forward to this game and was roped in/'voluntold' to play#but now.#augh
