OC Doodle dump from last night, excuse the weird quality on Lilybelle ^^;
So how Cinna or Amon dies (sorry more for my own reference than anyone else’s):
Cinna:
After you murder Corypheus, the entire spire begins to crumble, and Cinna gets pinned under some rubble thanks to Corypheus's dragon. It's Cassandra who notices first (cause tbh Cinna and her would be good friends, albeit Cassandra also annoyed with her like 50% of the time) that their Inquisitor is stuck, and even though the battle is over, the danger's not cause the pillars and spires around them are starting to crumble, and it becomes obvious what's about to happen to Cinna....
Cassandra tries to help pull Cinna out from the rubble, but she herself is injured, and their other companions are drained or too badly injured to really be much help, not to mention too far away. Cinna realizes what's about to happen, and she begs Cassandra to stop and get out of the way before they're both killed, but you know. Cassandra's a bit stubborn when it comes to life and death matters.
In the end, Cinna manages to rip off Cullen's coin, now strung on a necklace, and shove it into Cassandra's hand before, with her remaining strength, sending a burst of Fade energy (via mark) that sends Cassandra off balance and falling backwards just as the spire cracks off completely and crushes her to a bloody pulpy mess of dead.
Cassandra ends up returning to Skyhold with the rest of their companions, stone faced and ignoring Cullen's begging questions as to where Cinna is before finally taking his hand and dropping the coin in it," She said she's sorry."
Amon Reaction: Imagine a day is spent digging through the rubble, desperately searching for any sign of Cinna. Amon is not being reasonable and keeps saying that she is alive and alright and behind the rubble she'll be fine. They pull back rocks, only to uncover a horror to eyes. Cinna's mangled and almost unrecognizable body is under rocks, her lower half trapped and impossible to dig out. Amon clings to Cinna and no matter how hard the other try to pry him back, he refuses and sobs into her corpse. He refuses to believe she's dead. Amon keeps telling her to wake up, shaking her a bit. It takes like 5+ people to pry him off of the corpse and he's sitting on the ground sobbing.
