so i’ve decided to make an google forum thing about the ooc discord, that way i know everyone is only voting once and only people in the rp are voting. people make sure to leave your name or alias or even url. no one will see your answers other than me. you can find it here.
i have an announcement, because of how many open pairs we have we will NOT BE ACCEPTING any new pairs or polys till almost all of them are filled. the only exceptions will be homosexual pairings/pairings for non-binary characters if they can’t fit any ship. ie right now we will accept pairs that are male x male since we have no spots for them. or if you take up a fc 40+ and feel uncomfortable with under 30 fcs.
also, if you fill two pairs with apps, then your third can be an open pair since you did a lot to help.
the event is now started, you can read about if here if you haven’t yet. make sure that all your starters are taking place at or around the market. you do not need to stop any convos from before the event since this is only a mini-event. make sure to tag anything involving the event with amorevent & amorevent001. have fun ! and remember the event is going on till this time on tuesday !
amorhq mini-event 001 ~ beach market ~ 2/1-2/4
with all the new people on the island and little businesses popping up all over the small island time, over night a little market was set up on the beach. a stand was made for every business on the island for people to go to. and over the weekend and until tuesday afternoon, all shops in the town are closed and the workers/owners will be selling things at a stand. the point is to help people see everything that people are selling around the town and help people get to know others better.
this event will take place from saturday february 2nd until tuesday february 4th. since this is a mini event, no one has to drop their current starters, but all new starters should take place around the beach market, they can later go outside of it but should all start at or around it. the event with start at 12pm est/5 pm gmt and end at 12pm est/5 pm gmt. make sure to tag anything involving the event with amorevent & amorevent001
so we have decided to open up four open pairs, however, those spots will only be for f/f, m/m, f/any, or m/any. right now because of how many of our pairs are only f/m we know it is hard for people to apply for female characters. once those four spots are filled we will seriously not be reopening any till they get filled (any character reopened will not take up those spots).
if a pair isn't feeling the chemistry is it possible to pick different people for their pair?
i would say that is something you need to talk to your pair about first and then have both people message the main so that i know both of your are okay with it.
i sent out links to the optional ooc discord, if they don’t work let me know so i can send you one that does. it is completely optional and you do not have to join it if you don’t want to. also, they don’t expire, so if you want want to join it now, you can always join later. <3
