“Hmmmm.”

Cairis tapped the claw of one long finger on the edge of the metal desk she was working at.

“I don’t know Amoxtli very well, yet - still getting to know her, as happens.  What I know of her thus far is that she’s very valiant.  She’s a warrior and no mistake.  She seems like a decent enough sort, but I’m very certain I don’t want to get on her bad side!  Then again, I think her interactions with the typical Galra sort have flavored her perception of us.”

She leaned back in her chair.

“I don’t quite know what to make of her, yet.  She looks avian, but she smells reptilian.  She’s a mystery, for now, but I hope to figure her out.  I just hope doing so doesn’t put us on the outs.”

Amoxtli Grim Reaper version

I drew Grim Reaper Amoxtli but since it’s a bit horror-y I am putting it under read more

She wears bells around her wrists and ankles. The “skirt” is made out of human skin. The red patch on her stomach is a bleeding wound. She has her rib-cage exposed and painted blue like the colour human sacrifices were painted in. Her right arm is bit screwed up tho. dang it.
