This is Radar. He is a survivor. I wish I knew his full story, seems like it would be full of excitement, pain and sadness. He was rescued from the side of a busy highway one cold and rainy December morning. His leg was so badly broken and shattered that it could not be saved. In spite of losing his left front leg Radar still loves to play fetch and will chase down his ball for longer than I can keep throwing it back out. It really makes one wonder why such a loving and well behaved dog was seemingly abandoned. Or did he just get too lost.
