Progress has been a bit slow over this past year, but no stress it's a marathon. #fbf these pics are a year apart, while Im pretty much at exactly the same weight in both pics around 260-265, my body composition has changed dramatically. I'm still struggling with the food addictions as always but this Ramadan I have been doing keto, basically no carb at all, and the results are amazing as always. I know that 80% of this journey is food, and it never gets any Easier for me. God knows how much I love food.
