Current Amunet progress!! I’ve got to paint the head piece, cut and detail the wig and finish embroidering the hood (and add beads LOL). The top orange isn’t the orange I’m using...I’ve still not moved the top 😂😂😂. If I get time, I’ll try and make the 2 weapons she keeps in her belt. PAX IS NIGH!!! Current Amunet status :) I ran out of tapestry wool for the skirt embroidery (10 rolls!!) and have a heap more embroidery to add to the hood (and beadwork 😭😭😅). I’ve finally started getting some basic base coats of paint on Amunet’s armour!! I’ve almost finished Assassin’s Creed Valhalla (I think haha) so here’s a throwback to my Amunet cosplay from Origins! I absolutely LOVED this outfit when I first saw it, I loved the game, and I loved the character so I had to make it. A lot of the fabric is the Indian Khadi that I got from @cosplayfabrics as the texture was exactly what I wanted! The top was a blue woolen blend (leftover from my Merida dress lol) which I completely hand painted. Lower top and matching belt details 3D printed by @hotandgeekyprops Everything else was made by me :D This photo was a mobile snap Cosmo @tracyakacosmo took at @paxaus back before the global pandemic. I decided to do a quick edit on it, and will be going through a bunch of cosplays to do edits on! I wore Amunet over the weekend! I’d forgotten how long this costume takes to put on due to my ‘clever’ idea of making closures that could be more accurate to the time period 😂😂 It was great fun, and I can’t wait for you guys to see what I get to be a part of in this costume 🤭 Pics by @tracyakacosmo (we had massive sun flares happening haha).
