Tomb of Amunherkhepeshef | Thebes, Egypt
Continuing from this post, Amunherkhepeshef (on the far left) was the son of Pharaoh Ramessess III and died around the age of 15. His titles suggested an older age, but throughout his tomb, scenes depict him wearing the side locks of Egyptian youth. Though his tomb was discovered and looted around the 19th dynasty, the structure and artworks were kept in excellent condition. This picture was taken by Henk Meijer in 1992, before glass panels were placed in front of the paintings in order to continue their preservation.
