I swear to god if i see a clown anywhere near me I’m calling the police and I’m gonna get hysterical enough they come down right away. I don’t care if they are just standing around and that “technically” wearing a clown costume in public is not illegal they are committing an act they KNOW is intimidating because it has been all over the news and people are freaked out about. Why else would these people do it if not to get their weird rocks off? They probably LIKE the panic they are causing and it is so fucked up. 

And like, if you wanna get dressed up and scare people, WORK AT A HAUNTED HOUSE, WORK AT A HAUNTED HAYRIDE, WORK AT FRIGHT NIGHT. YOU GET TO SCARE PEOPLE AND GET PAID. But me? Who didn’t pay to be scared and you are just there being intimidating because you can? Uh-uh honey you messed with the wrong person.
