analogfantasy replied to your post “1) Shinji Ikari action figure. 2) Waicom tablet pen. 3) Rainbow cookies 4) Fuzzy socks 5) Fur from a Golden Retriever puppy 6) Coke Zero”
Well I figured that an actual puppy wouldn't stay still for the ceremony...
But what if it's a SLEEPY PUPPY?? That'd make the summoning even more effective!!
1) Shinji Ikari action figure. 2) Waicom tablet pen. 3) Rainbow cookies 4) Fuzzy socks 5) Fur from a Golden Retriever puppy 6) Coke Zero
This is almost completely accurate except I'd much prefer an actual puppy over just the fur from a puppy ;)
analogfantasy replied to your post:I also always heard that folktale about the noisy house and the farm animals as a Jewish story and the wise person being a rabbi. I wonder if the person who wrote that really didn't know or if they knowingly removed the Jewish origins?
My sister and I had a picture book of this story and it was definitely a Rabbi and a Jewish family.
I had that book too!

Okay, so you're the third person to hear it as a Jewish story (including me).
Hm.
Magic Item, please!
The Staff of the Scenic Route: A walking staff of polished alder wood, with a handle wrapped thrice in leather with quartz embedded within. This staff makes time move strangely; it eases transitions, turning sharp corners into smooth curves. You can travel faster than you should be able to over strange terrain, feel the lead up to an ambush more clearly, and be prepared for sudden bouts of weather.
The crystals shiver and hum at a low but audible frequency when it is working.

The last few times I’ve been on the C, it’s still been the old cars?
hmmm maybe they're slowly phasing them out, or maybe the one i went on was some fluke or something...it was such a surreal experience to see a modern train chugging into 125th street though, i am definitely not used to that sight
analogfantasy replied to your post “Captain America, Magneto and Alison Hendrix.”
Haha, amazing! Magneto is actually a villain, but Alison is obviously the hero in every story.
oooh is he? oops, shud have had him burst in thru the ceiling then, all villain, and then be like "stop shooting at me, i just came for the damn meeting!" and YES team alison every day all the way
