Uhhh here have more expression practice with sani cat ouo;;;

the first image was before she got her face scratched up by her mom. also what she has in her mouth in the third image is a piece of torn fabric.

The thing that spurred this is “that one friend who can be pretty chill but is also a smarmy ass if they want to be” and lead to this, plus expressions yay

The cat in this is a character of mine who goes by the name of Anasani, she has a human appearance (but I’m garbage at drawing hooomans) and this form, it's supposed to be a maine coon but I’m still practicing drawing cats. the one side of her face is scarred up because she and her biological mom didn’t see eye to eye... Long story short after her father passed she called her mother a two-timing gold digger with a loyalty level so low it cannot be measured by numbers.  And you can guess how well that turned out.

Some more factoids on characters

NightLight

-she is not a big dragon, she is about the size of an adult lynx as a feral dragon, she has been mistaken for a baby a lot and it both amuses and bothers her. 

-she absolutely hates complete silence, it causes her imagination to run wild in the worst way and gets very jumpy

-is known to make the most groan-inducing puns around

Stitchy

-Stitchy can get sent into an absolute frenzy if he’s sugar high, his caretakers found this out when he managed to find a stash of chocolate and wanted to try it while they were running errands. He broke a couch, two chairs and somehow got chocolate handprints on the ceiling and they have no idea how.

-He has since been monitored whenever he has sweets or the boy will get sugar high and become a tornado of fluff and teef

- Never mess with his stitching, if any of it comes undone he will fall into a pile of stuffing and plush and just look at you with the saddest face and ask what did he do wrong.

-Despite being a sweet innocent boi he absolutely WILL do that thing that cats do for attention and slowly push something to the edge of a table or desk because “please play??”

Anasani

-She learned survival tricks from her dad who was a war veteran and camped with him every weekend until his passing. She has a bandana, his military cap and his dog tags so she never forgets him. 

- Although she doesn’t get an anxiety attack around crowds she does try to keep her distance from them because it makes her uncomfortable, this kinda stems from her biological mother trying to take her to fancy parties alot and would just leave her to go mingle. Sani would get lost and just run to a corner and make herself as small as possible and silently cry until someone was kind enough to call her father to take her home.

-When she was about 5-6 her father passed away, about a month after she attacked and scarred her biological mother and ran away. at age 8 she was found by her stepmother Penelope

-She left some nasty scars on Penelopes arms from her claws and teeth when they first met( Sani at the time was in the form of a cat) and Sani regrets doing that to this day.

fun facts about characters

My dragon persona NightLight(aka neetleet)  is an abnormality to the nightlight dragon breed, being shades of green and blue make it harder for her to be seen at night. So to compensate for this her eyes and the tuft of yellow fur on her tail glow brighter in the dark. 

Anasani as a little kid would hold onto her stepmothers(she biologically is a maine coon shapeshifter, stepmom is a serval cat) tail because she would get anxious around too many unfamiliar people, she has grown out of that anxiety but her stepmother loves bringing it up during visits when friends are around

Stitchy really likes making up stories to tell kids, and kids love hearing some of the tales he tells like butterfly dragons whisking people away to unknown lands, or a big satyr who leapt so high they landed on a cloud and couldn’t get down.
