Once again with these completely random comments that I get… lol
I dislike it sm when people throw unsolicited criticism like this, which like I say, does not apply in this case, where the critic clearly has not interpreted the piece's intention correctly. And this just hits like backhanded compliments--like that other person who was basically calling me a sinner and degenerate for 'sexualizing' Baldwin in a joke (a joke literally about fictional Baldwin), preceding with a 'i love your art but--'. And also when you make one little question and the other person assumes you directly know nothing at all and starts treating you patronizingly 💀💀 Ofc I do not know EVERYTHING--I do not mean that, just be considerate and don't sound like a Sheldon Cooper that's all💀 There was this one person who only commented in my JFK stories to try to correct me, but always failed XD (said 'JFK's middle name was Francis, not Fitzgerald' FRANCIS IS HIS BROTHER'S!! or 'JFK's hair color was *X* this description you made is wrong' 😭
lemme sound ☝️🤓 now in return ok.... to the people who are anti-mask towards the subject of Baldwin not just because he did not actually wear one irl, but because you also think it is entirely anachronistic or looks “too detailed” or “well-made” for the time….. I have news for you.
these are just some examples :3
// still working on my v.1/test mask for the Sims 4. Not properly uv unwrapped or baked yet. The weird vertices are from applying the decimate modifier because I was using one with a lot of subdivisions—even tho it was a low poly design xD (not detailed around the eyes for example, like not a defined eyelid to avoid too many vertices, that's why it's not very pretty (and the shape was adapted to the face shape of the base Sim). Still might go back to one of the versions that were not subdivided. But imma use this as a test 🎭 And I’m going for a more matte look which I think works best for the sims, all the other textures I tried were too reflective and don’t match the look of the sims imo, maxis that is. / also working on a Stronghold Crusader DE music mod 🧚🏼♀️

Some pictures I took from my recent visit to The Met! Thought they might be handy as reference images for Ancient Greek life.
