Realized not enough of my art is on here and since I actively need the reference for Jaspershine. Here goes!
This is older art, from 2021, but. My art's pretty consistent nowadays so that's fine! These are characters from Ancient Ties : Twisted Bonds! From left to right, Claygaze(ace/aro, also our mc) Berrybranch(demi), Jaspershine (gay and trans male), and my favorite old people couples, Sleetfall and Toadfang(sleet is pan and toad is gay) and Molestar and Shroudedgaze (who are both gay)
Saw an unfinished storyboard in my sketchbook about two of my favorite children from my two arc extensive warriors story and saw red. Now it’s finished!
these two are Blackstripe(the one ‘singing’ and Whitestar(formerly Whitefrost), they’re siblings(with one other being Nightwind but she disappears fairly early), adopted kits of the leader. Unfortunately the villain of the first arc gaslight gatekeep girlbosses her way into whitepaws head and the two grow further apart. Eventually she kills her dad, appoints her brother as deputy and not wanting to lose more family in one day he just takes it and bares it
the last scene in this is their final breaking point where he’s like. Protesting one of her awful decisions finally because it’s too far and she slashes him across the face. He knew her once, as a kind young apprentice, his sister, and it was nice. But he doesn’t know her anymore. Not the cat she’s become.
I’ve actually had these cats for TEN YEARS believe it or not! Some of my first ocs! Though they’ve been moved from fan clan to fan clan over the years and had minor adjustments and changes and been combined to be happening in tangent with other stories, they’ve always been here, and finally found their home in the AT/ND universe.
AT stands for ancient ties, the first arc name and series name as a whole, and ND stands for New Dawn, which is AT’s second arc.
More 2021 art! This is mc and deputy Claygaze chatting with Guard Lionmoon of Mireclan. Guard is a role invented for ancient ties, who guards. Ok so heres the thing about ancient ties it originated as 'what if cats used the skulls of their leaders to talk to starclan instead of a moonstone or pool' and so guard is like the holy position that protects bodies of the important(or in cryptclan, EVERYONE, that's their thing) while they decompose so they can then take and clean the skull and place it with. the rest of them basically. They also usually help the medicine cat with funerary prep for other clanmates, or is at least present. Anyway clay also started as a guard so that's how he and Lionmoon know each other. guard buddies.
