Hi so I’m going to cry now
Please Ms. Gooseworks, the children yearn for a Kinger and Jax scene in episode 9
Very fun birthday present for my sister!! We are amagi bro fans together :]] WOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
Hey guys, author here!
Don't worry, I ain't doing anything to my blog. But I'm giving you guys a heads up that writing will probably slow down significantly for the next couple months. (Reasons under the cut)
I hate the language of scientific articles that are focused on “correction” of natural human variation. Such a disgusting mentality. Autistic children not emoting “correctly,” intersex babies being “incorrectly developed” or “mutated” or “disfigured…” and so much more.
(Not shocked, just yet again disappointed.)
I just had my last class with my choir teacher today, and in his honor I want to share how amazing he is.
First, he’s a middle-aged balding cishet man who always shows up in a collared shirt and tie. He’s very soft spoken and never in a rush to get anywhere. He once asked us to excuse him for wearing two colors at once. Now that I’ve established this, I’ll now share some of his wisest words. I hope they help you as they’ve helped me, in choir and beyond.
Student: When’s your birthday?
Teacher without missing a beat: “I wasn’t born; I was hatched”
“Just because I’m the god of music doesn’t mean I can save you.”
Later in the conversation: “Perhaps your sheet music is a phoenix.”
To a student leaving his classroom: “You be nice to yourself!”
To a random student who passed him in the hall immediately after: “You be mean to yourself.”
“Yell at small children.”
“Breakdance to assert dominance.”
“The other me was getting rowdy, so I locked him in the basement.”
What a guy. I hope his woodpile lasts him through all of next winter.
