Hot take, being able to walk around your neighborhood with no care in the world is a privilege

still yearning to live in the forest

but i have the nervous system of a bunny so i think i’d have to hire a little guardian angel to watch over me at night

I really love spring, I especially love being able to actually smell something. Covid took like 80-90% of my sense of smell so being able to smell the flowers and fresh rain is amazing! Truly my favorite thing

And then there's all the pretty flowers! I love the violets, dandelions, ground ivy, and all the other flowers!

The flowers that grow on trees before the rest grow their leaves are gorgeous

And the animals! I love to see and hear the birds returning and seeing the butterflies is always nice!

And the weather is often a comfortable temperature for at least a few days.

Being able to walk outside barefoot without losing a toe or 2 is very nice, especially when walking on new grass that's still wet from rain or dew! Or walking in puddles!

I love frolicking around in spring so much and I find all the little things so beautiful and it gives me a bit of joy
