25 min into the new year and I fell... my ankle really hurts now

Last year was the worst, I was really mentally down and not here, but this new year is gonna be better i hope, with counting my now injured ankle and knee, from falling when getting off ma balcony and slipping on the snow at the bottom of my slipper :[
