he always enjoyed the idea of weddings. even if he seldom went to them. mainly for the fact he was NEVER invited. but with luke and jessica finally getting hitched, steve had been INVITED.

thumbs leafed through the program, glancing a NAMES, titles, and everything else that went into weddings. his ma used to tell him stories of the girls' in ireland and their DREAM weddings. sarah had even told him about the day she married his father. a BITTER TASTE coated steve's mouth.

flipping through the back, reading a list of songs, the superhero became aware of a shadow and then a lanky figure falling into his lap. the air knocked from his lungs as steve reached out to steady...peter.

breathy laughter pulled from his lungs as his arms wrapped around the OTHER'S WAIST to keep him from toppling over. "i thought all the canoodling happened after the wedding," rogers mused. he honestly had no idea if there actually was canoodling at weddings but he'd heard rumors. what was MORE SURPRISING was the fact paker didn't see him. rogers was hard to miss.

"unless we were assigned seats and i'm in yours...." steve grinned, pink staining his cheeks. "then my mistake."
