My whole life I've just fucking raw dawged swallowing them??? Growing up me and my lil bro would see who could swallow the most dry un-chewed Cheerios at once so I've always been like , a pro at swallowing multiple or single pills with no water at once but apparently a lot of them your supposed to take with water?? yeah a lot of the time to help u swallow (which ik that) , but also because sometimes the pill is SUPPOSED to be taken with water?? to help it dissolve or so its safer for ur esophagus and stomach or sum???? ok bro
