Unpopular opinion, but you are allowed to care about victims of war, violence and abuse around the world while focusing on manageable, sustained effort in 1 or 2 things so you do not become exhausted and end up doing nothing. "Why isn't anyone caring enough about x?!" is a common, well-meaning activist's cry, and equally the desired result of tyrants who start multiple crises to draw attention away from themselves.
