I gotta be honest though, I got the idea from kitchen nightmares? Also- my time as a server. Ya know how the person stands in front of the line and expedites all the food (tells the cooks what to cook when to cook and helps the servers get the correct orders?) Yea- I basically decided to do that. 

And thank god for small miracles.
