hey. seven hundred and three years ago a jewish mystic wrote a prayer that we're still talking about. one where

she lists miracles of the Torah and adds to their number that transformation of Dinah in the womb of her mother.

it's a short story, Dinah's, mostly about her mom Leah having wanted a boy. Dinah exists to ache. as a black sheep and unhealed scar.

But there's commentary, right? Nuance? Like that mystic I hyperlinked, who says God changed Dinah in Leah's womb, and that this was a desired miracle.

The point I'm trying to get at is she was a transgender rabbi seven hundred years ago, and that girl deserved beauty, golden jewelry, bliss,

a nice Jewish boy to hold her, to be a real woman among real things baking challah for Rosh Hashanah, and also the Dinah sex change situation.
