It’s about taste
(edited bc i just got reminded of this one's s existence and i find it cringe)
"I've noticed you only ever hurt men. Is there a reason for that?"
“Yes. It's called taste."
"Do women not bring you that sick pleasure? What's the difference?"
"Depending on how they are portrayed, their pain can have me feeling completely indifferent or provide barely differing amounts of bliss compared to a boy's pain in the same situation. It takes more effort with girls, is all."
"Didn't take you to be the righteous kind. Does it make you uncomfortable or morally in the wrong just because it's a woman?"
"No, not at all. I just prefer men. That's all there is to it. Like vanilla and chocolate. A preference, rather than a moral high ground."
"So... Am I safe then?"
"From me, you mean?"
"Precisely."
"Well... Do you find me to be a good author?"
"Yes."
"Then no. You are not safe either.”
"Wait. What does that even mean?"
"I mean that I can certainly imagine scenarios in which you'd be just as alluring as any man. And if I can imagine it, I can write it. If I can write it, I can write it well. And if it is well written, that is all I need."
"You're a weirdo."
"Thank you. I take it as a compliment. Back to the matter at hand though...
Would you like to know more about my preferences? I am not opposed to showing them in great detail."
