He/she was wandering in the middle of Main Street traffic. I stopped to see if he would come to me, but he's really scared. Also, to the trash bag of a person that hit him/her and just kept driving, I hope the same happens to you. How on earth can anyone be so heartless? And how can I be the only person to stop?! Literally lines of cars were driving around him and nobody even tried to help!
