This past week, I fell off my A game.. I had one too many plates at Thanksgiving😛- way too many cookies to count 🍪- and definitely more 🍻 than a lady should😳🙅🏻. I also didn't hit the gym for almost 8 days (the only time that's ever happened was 2 years ago when I was in the hospital...) 😱😱 I know I'm too hard on myself sometimes, but when I slack on my health and fitness priorities👉🏼 my days blur, I become lazy, and I feel like a potato! So today.. Instead of hating myself and being even more depressed, I put my spandex on (yeah.. It was a little tight😅) and ran my 💚 out for 3 miles. Did some core strengthening. Meal prepped for the next two days. Chugged water and green tea. And ya know what? I feel like myself again.. I didn't come this far..
