Good morning! I consider myself a 💪🏽keto-adapted, 🏃🏽♀️primal-lifestylist, 🌱natural health, 🌎Earth conscious, 🤔self-aware, evolved human. In my efforts to optimize, elevate, and maximize this life-on-Earth opportunity, my approach is, in order of priority, 1) nutrition, 2) rest, and 3) physical activity.
