I get jealous and I get hateful and I get scared and I’m sorry. Bad things have happened and I need to learn to let them go. Five years do not need to go down the drain because of a change of heart. Five years do not need to become something that doesn’t matter just because you want to be happy. I need to grow up and come to terms that I’m not best for you anymore and I’m working on it. There is nothing that I want more than for you to be happy. I notice the little things like my link being replaced on your blog and the way that you speak to someone on the dash and it hurts like a brick dropping straight into my stomach but why should it? I need to let it go and I need to let you go and I will get there one day, I promise. You do you, be happy, and I’ll catch up eventually to tell you that I can settle for the way that we have been for years. I can settle for the role of the best friend that you need me to fill. I’ll get there eventually and you can be proud of me.

I’m honestly so excited to back on stage with some of my best fucking friends. I’ve missed the way that it makes me feel and the way it’s so easy to forget everything when you really get into the music. I love it honestly.
I went to dinner with hooverdamnn tonight and he paid for it as a welcome back gift and this is why he’s the best of the best.
