My ideal first (literally first out of the country) travel was with my hubby. He was indeed excited for me. But unfortunate circumstances happened, i have to enjoy the challenge without him. So here goes my tips for the like (wives and moms liberating themselves to travel out of the country once in a while) 1. Double or even triple check passport expiration dates - it needs to be within 6 months validity. 2. Be sad about unfortunate events but don't destroy the whole trip gloating. 3. Never be guilty traveling without your hubby and baby.
