Anders Zorn, trained at the Royal Swedish Academy of Arts in Stockholm, was an internationally successful artist, best known for his portraits. Among his subjects were King Oscar II of Sweden and American presidents Grover Cleveland, William Howard Taft, and Theodore Roosevelt.
