I wear super topical shirts to medical appts 🙃 Yes I know I look like death warmed over, it's been a real rough week with this pain flare guys. I remembered I had a cardiac ultrasound test today way too late to move it so the fact I got dressed and am standing is a minor miracle I'm sure I will be paying for shortly. Also the shitty thing about not being able to get out of bed during a flare is that even laying in bed hurts like a bitch, theres not much "rest" bcs you're too painful to even sleep, sigh. But the silver lining is a flare is temporary. I don't know if it's gonna be an hour, a day, or many days. But I keep trying to remember my better days and that I'll have more of them. This may be my reality now but it isn't my reality forever.
