I couldn't believe my ears when my dad told me, then resources were all crazy about his death.

Premier League matches are usually on school nights, not typically at night, but at times, I couldn't watch, but I always sensed talent and magic in the way he plays.

When I was younger I would love football but not like now, I wouldn't really care about every match and I wouldn't even watch a full match. Funny how I used to force myself to watch football so my brother and I could chat for a long time before sleeping. My biggest achievement is knowing the entire liverpool squad which he was in. I remember jota's signing. My dad and brother were so excited about it. Later when I would watch his top goals with my brother i saw talent.

It's painful, unexpected, unpredicted but this is life. In my opinion he's one of the best fronts. Can't imagine how his family feels. A father of three and a new husband who has only been married for a week. Must be a catastrophe.

Can't forget his brother aswell, a footballer in the Portuguese league, 2nd stage, died alongside his brother in a car accident.

I dont know much about his brother but still he deserves respect.

Can't sum up, just wishing his family, wife and children strength through all of this.

There are no words to understand this. I hope Rute, his kids, and Andre’s loved ones are being held. I hope the whole Jota family, who lost two sons in the blink of an eye, are able to find peace eventually. Forever my GOAT, forever #20.
