Julian is the complete opposite of Bones. he’s excited to be in space, always showing off how smart and talented he is (he’s geneticlly enhanced) and adores being chipper and hapopy. they would meld so well together

Actually I haven’t watched DS9 yet (only one ep so far) so I don’t really know Julian Bashir.
But I know he is a cute doctor, I know Leonard is a cute doctor and I ship mostly everyone with Bones, so YES!
