I'm so f*cking pissed at Adobe right now!
(Disclaimer: These Are My Own Opinions, I Just Feel Upset Right Now, I'm Not Trying To Offend Anyone Who Likes Adobe)
So the adobe company are deciding to remove both Photoshop Sketch and Draw in favor for their Fresco app. Why am I complaining about this exactly? Because Fresco isn't available for Android users yet, so how the hell am I supposed to migrate over to that exactly? I don't have room for a Windows computer and I don't have enough money to buy any Apple brand electronics, so tell me Adobe, how the hell am I supposed to migrate to Fresco in time?!
(Warning: Random Rambling Ahead)
I'm going to say this for about the 100th time, I'm an Android artist, I can only afford to buy cheap Android phones and tablets to do all the art I make, yes, I in fact, use a smartphone to do a majority of the art that I've posted to my DeviantArt and other sites. I occasionally am able to get a Android tablet to do my art. Last year I was able to buy a Lenovo tablet in the summer for doing some of my art and comics, but when my birthday rolled around the screen burned up and I lost some projects I was working on.
The most recent tablet I have was my mom's, she needed it at the time for her new job and now she recently gave it to me, it's actually an ok tablet but it's definitely NOT designed for people who do art unfortunately...
(Rambling Done Now)
I know, I know, very long rambling above, but I just wanted to paint a mental picture (no pun intended) for y'all. I'm still extremely upset right now and I'm not sure how I'm gonna be able to migrate over to Fresco, hopefully I'll be able to save up enough money before January 10th next year to buy an iPad because adobe has to be a money grubbing company... And yes, I'm very well aware that you can get Fresco for free, but we all know that they are going to push users to upgrade...
I think I'm done ranting now, if you disagree with me about this whole thing adobe is doing, that's fine, I don't mind, I'm just very upset because I really enjoyed these apps, I actually waited a long time to use them (because I had an older device,) and now they're just ripping them away from me and others who loved the apps.
Who knows, maybe Adobe will release Fresco on Android before January, but I really doubt it.
