Smoke was beginning to puff its way out of the large smokestack, signalling they only had a handful of minutes to get themselves on board or they would be left behind. "Come on, we're gonna miss it!"
Despite the words of caution used, the young man saying them looked anything but worried. In fact, his face was painted with a smile and there was a laugh trailing right off the end as he spoke. Was he worried? Eh. Not really. They really only had to push their way through this crowd of people to get themselves on board, and then all would be well with the world. They weren't going to miss it.

The tiny puppy running along by his heels was scooped up and placed carelessly over his shoulder, as if they were both completely used to this mode of transportation. Repede's spoon stayed firmly planted in his mouth even as Yuri took off full speed for the train, a glance thrown over his unoccupied shoulder to make sure his friend was following.
Assured that all was well in the world, he all but launched himself onto the train, his heavy trunk disturbingly easily flying in after him. He whipped around just in time to catch it without getting knocked over, his already wide grin growing. Little paws could be felt digging into his back, keeping his tiny companion in place.
Moving him stuff out of the way, Yuri took hold of the doorway and stuck himself back out. "Hurry up, Flynn! I thought you were supposed to be faster than me?"
