hey i want to start making gifs so im looking off your tutorial. is there anything else i can use like photoshop but for free? and does any other software you suggested have to be paid for? thank you!!
Idk of any other software you can make gifs with, but I know for a fact that there are plenty of free versions of photoshop going around tumblr. As for KMPlayer, the other program I use, it’s free to download on the official website, the link is in my tutorial. I’m on mobile now, so I can’t link you, but if you go on one of the major resources blogs you can find links for downloadable versions of Ps.
