it sucks major ass always feeling like i am the problem, if i dont initiate anything you will not be the first one to say hello to me because youre so used to me doing it everything first. i would like to feel like i am worth any crumb of effort. its always me, in life, it falls on my lap i am the problem if i say something to work on it.

its been 5 years since my dad passed away, and to this day the pain is the same. its kinda true with time and patience it feels easier to deal with but until that anniversary date comes up it feels really difficult to cope with, especially with the entire memories keep playing in my head all day and how i was indescribable agony

i didnt realize this diagnosis was more serious than i thought and now im spiraling lmao

i was so happy this past weekend meeting up with old friends ive missed so much, and now im slipping back into that depression that has been holding my hand since last summer, the loneliness. I know i should hold onto that love i felt from them but my fuck it sucks because this past weekend was something of value a year ago and now im the one thats been exiled.

i miss my best friend, i miss so many things that carried into my life as a routine but i am always reminding myself that i was never considered to be it, and i have to swallow that realization and accept it.

all i can do is cry this out, nothing is going to change from what happened, i hate where i am, i hate myself, i am carrying so much and im falling apart.
